We will work with you to ensure that the pricing information is clear and suited to your needs. We will provide information on the costs both at the outset and as any matter progresses.

We will discuss and agree with you a pricing arrangement that suits your needs. This could include:

• Fixed fee;
• Capped fee;
• Fee estimate and quotations;
• Charging rates based on time spent; and
• Combination of any or all the above.

To give you an idea of how we charge, and to comply with the SRA price transparency rules, we have set out below details of our typical hourly rates and fees for the most common types of work.

Where VAT is referred to below please note that this will be charged at the applicable rate which is currently 20%.

Types of service available and fees

Listed below are the main work types that we undertake:

Obtaining a sponsor licence for Workers/Temporary Workers

This would cover all stages in applying for a licence and would include:

• Taking initial instructions and advising on eligibility;
• Advising on required documentation and reviewing the same; and
• Preparing an application and advising on submission.

Obtaining a Global Talent Visa

• Advice on eligibility;
• Assistance with preparing a personal statement and CV and obtaining a letter of endorsement and supporting documents; and
• Advice on queries arising from Home Office correspondence.

Price range: £600 - £1000 + VAT

Obtaining a Skilled Worker visa or Intra-Company Transfer Visa

• Advice on eligibility;
• Advice on obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship and assisting with the same;
• Advice on process and application and assisting with the same; and
• Advice on queries arising from Home Office correspondence.

Price range: £700 - £1500 + VAT

Obtaining a General Student Visa

• Advice on eligibility;
• Advice on process and application and assisting with the same; and
• Advice on queries arising from Home Office correspondence.

Price range: £600 - £1000 + VAT

General advice and queries

To be charged on a time basis in accordance with our normal hourly rates.

How long will it take?

We should be able to deal with most applications within a two week period subject to all required documentation being obtained. If, for any reason, we will not be able to complete your application within that period, then we will let you know as soon as possible with a revised timetable.
