BBFoundation, a CIO and registered charity is the platform for Bexley Beaumont’s CSR projects supporting our ESG framework and initiatives. BBFoundation demonstrates our commitment and passion for creating a philanthropic culture at Bexley Beaumont; our good intentions are integral to everything we do and core to our business.
We are committed to acting responsibly by integrating our ESG, our CSR and our Climate Action policies into our culture, our business decisions, and our operational processes. The Bexley Beaumont ESG Ambassador, CSR Ambassador and Climate Action Ambassador meets with the Bexley Beaumont management team once a quarter to help ensure we fulfil our responsibilities and embed our policies into our ways of working. We have always maintained that our contribution to our community will grow as we grow and with the success and growth of Bexley Beaumont over the last few years, we are excited to now launch the BBFoundation.
In 2025 Bexley Beaumont will support three initiatives - Club25 an initiative launched by LawCare, the Sutton Trust and we are partnering with the Ocean Conservation Trust on their “Blue Meadows” project.
LawCare is a mental health charity offering free, confidential emotional support, peer support, and information for people working in legal sector in the UK, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. The 25 Club has been launched to provide stable financial backing to LawCare to allow it to plan and deliver an ambitious new strategy as they look to the next 25 years. LawCare aims to reach those who need it most, and campaigns for and advocates practical change throughout the sector.
Bexley Beaumont will support the Sutton Trust by providing work experience for students registered with them. The Sutton Trust champions social mobility through programmes, research, and policy influence.
Bexley Beaumont is partnering with the Ocean Conservation Trust to support their “Blue Meadows” project which takes a holistic approach to protecting, regenerating, and restoring seagrass meadows at scale. Seagrass is enormously important for biodiverse habitats and in combating climate change. In addition, we will donate to the Blue Meadows project every time a recruitment consultant places a lawyer at Bexley Beaumont demonstrating our commitment to further invest as we grow as a business.

Bexley Beaumont encourages the team to participate in internal challenges to support our chosen initiatives and other causes through the BBFoundation, including the British Heart Foundation.
Our Econet is our internal online resource providing ideas and tools for us to live and work in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way. Every month it is updated with a new area of focus, such as Saving Energy, Conscious Consumerism, Plastic Free living and more, by promoting relevant news, books, videos, podcasts, and articles and encouraging the Bexley Beaumont team to take part in initiatives throughout the year.
BBFoundation’s objective is to promote further collaboration with our clients and partners to embrace a culture of philanthropy. The benefits can be far reaching when philanthropy is nurtured and integral to Bexley Beaumont which is our long-term desire.
