BBFoundation is the platform for Bexley Beaumont’s CSR projects and initiatives. Becoming a registered charity in 2024, BBFoundation demonstrates our commitment and passion for creating a philanthropic culture at Bexley Beaumont; our good intentions are integral to everything we do and core to our business.

The beginning...

We are committed to acting responsibly by integrating our ESG, our CSR and our Climate Action policies into our culture, our business decisions, and our operational processes. The Bexley Beaumont ESG Ambassador, CSR Ambassador and Climate Action Ambassador meets with the Bexley Beaumont management team once a quarter to help ensure we fulfil our responsibilities and embed our policies into our ways of working. We have always maintained that our contribution to our community will grow as we grow and with the success and growth of Bexley Beaumont over the last few years, we are excited we are now able to launch BBFoundation.

Bexley Beaumont’s External Charity of the Year for 2024 is The Woodland Trust. The Woodland Trust is the largest woodland conservation charity in the United Kingdom and is concerned with the creation, protection, and restoration of native woodland heritage throughout the whole of the UK. We are looking forward to supporting them throughout 2024.

Our team culture puts our CSR programme at the forefront of our efforts. Prior to the launch of BBFoundation we have:

  • Collectively walked, cycled or rode a total of 2023km and donated in support of Mind mental health charity;
  • Donated to the NorthCare Charity as chosen by the winner of our “Summer Bake Off”;
  • Took part in Christmas Jumper Days and donated in support of the Trussell Trust;
  • Participated in the NSPCC Walk for Children Event;
  • Fundraised for the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal;
  • Abseiled 170ft down the Trafford Palazzo in support of Wood Street Mission;
  • Held volunteering days at Ecobirmingham, the Together Trust and Sow the City.

    • Our Econet is our internal online resource providing ideas and tools for us to live and work in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way. Every month it is updated with a new area of focus, such as Saving Energy, Conscious Consumerism, Plastic Free living and more, by promoting relevant news, books, videos, podcasts and articles and encouraging our team to take part in initiatives throughout the year.

    Bexley Beaumont also supports The Woodland Trust by donating to save, create, protect, and restore UK woodland every time a recruitment consultant places a lawyer at Bexley Beaumont demonstrating our commitment to further invest as we grow as a business.

The next stage...

BBFoundation’s objective is to promote further collaboration with our clients and partners to embrace a culture of philanthropy. The benefits can be far reaching when philanthropy is nurtured and integral to Bexley Beaumont which is our long-term desire.
