Bexley Beaumont's comments follow its leading an influential growth ranking for the third year in a row.
The firm has been named the UK's fastest growing large fee share firm in the classification compiled by Codex Edge, an independent company specialising in market research about the legal profession.
It found that Bexley Beaumont had seen its partner ranks grow by 30 per cent during the course of 2024.
The firm's placing in the latest Codex Edge report comes just a month after its impressive record was also singled out for further praise by the professional consultancy PwC due, it said, to Bexley Beaumont having "a clear plan for its direction of travel".
Bexley Beaumont's co-founder and Chief Executive, Karen Bexley, said the recognition was testament to the decision to establish - and then firmly adhere to - a distinct approach to operation and recruitment.
“We have never viewed growth as an objective in itself. Instead, we aimed to create a firm defined by its commitment to quality and collaboration, trusting that these principles would attract both lawyers and clients alike.
"Our faith in those qualities has been rewarded, building an impressive team of collaborative lawyers only five years after we launched.

Ms Bexley was speaking after the publication of the Platform Firms Report 2025 by Codex Edge.
The study, which examined performance during the whole of 2024, noted the "remarkable pace of growth" achieved by fee share firms year on year, adding that such progress was attributable to more than simply a rise in partner numbers.
"It points," said the report's authors, "to the growing commercial viability of platform models as a serious alternative to traditional legal structures."
Codex Edge outlined how Bexley Beaumont had appointed 23 partners last year - a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of just over 30 per cent.
At the same time as featuring at the top of Codex Edge's listings for the third successive year, Bexley Beaumont is also in the running for one of the UK's most prestigious legal awards for the third year on the trot.
It is among 10 practices shortlisted for the New Law Business of the Year category at The Lawyer Awards, described by organisers as celebrating "the very best of the legal industry".
