Dawid is an English-qualified solicitor. In his transactional practice, he focuses on private equity and mergers & acquisitions transactions. He also routinely advises his clients on general corporate matters, such as shareholders' agreements, share buybacks, etc., and provides support in relation to commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, collaboration agreements, etc.). Throughout his career, he has worked at renowned corporate law firms in the City of London (Hogan Lovells, Taylor Wessing, Dechert) and in Warsaw (Baker McKenzie, Greenberg Traurig) representing large corporates, global financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and venture capital funds. In addition to his experience working in the City, he has also handled numerous English law-governed matters and transactions in the CEE and CIS regions, often representing local clients in connection with their UK-based matters and investments.

His clients include listed companies; large private enterprises; tech start-ups and scale-ups; and private equity and venture capital funds. He also routinely represents private businesses which belong to Forbes-listed individuals.

As an experienced professional, he is frequently invited to speak at various industry events and conferences, such as the Polish Economic Forum in Karpacz or Our Future Forum. Outside of his professional engagements, Dawid is committed to widening access to educational opportunities for young people and volunteers with 'Our Future Foundation,' one of Poland’s largest educational NGOs according to Forbes Magazine. He is also a mentor at Sebastian Kulczyk's InCredibles Programme, and has been shortlisted by Wolters Kluwer for the 'Rising Star Lawyer - Leader of Tomorrow 2024' ranking for Poland.
