Bethan Watt has joined Bexley Beaumont as a Senior Associate after several years working for a City of London practice.
Her arrival means brings the number of lawyers within the firm's specialising in Real Estate and Construction to 29 - up by one-quarter in the course of the last 12 months.
The firm's impressive record has also recently been singled out for further praise by the professional consultancy PwC.
Only last month, Bexley Beaumont hailed the appointment of Real Estate heavyweight Matthew Hearsum as the latest Partner in its London office.
Bexley Beaumont's co-founder and Chief Executive, Karen Bexley, said Ms Watt illustrated just how formidable the firm had become in only five years since launching.
"Bethan shows more than just the calibre and breadth of experience within our Real Estate team.
"She demonstrates that lawyers across the full range of commercial disciplines and across the country realise that we have the sort of model which can allow them to develop their practices.
"In addition to having greater autonomy in how they work, they understand that our central support team provides a spine of excellence.
"It is a blend that is very different to what's available elsewhere and one key reason why so many lawyers who have already established successful careers can take those careers even further with us.
"The culture which we invested so much effort in establishing has been critical in taking us this far and remains an integral part of our strategy for the future."
The decision to join Bexley Beaumont marks a return to the North West for Ms Watt, who comes from Liverpool and gained a first-class law degree from the city's John Moores University.
Her career to date has included a particular focus on short-term finance and bridging loan transactions for both residential and commercial developments.
Ms Watt arrives with Bexley Beaumont very much on a high, both within the Real Estate team and across the wider firm.
A qualified Solicitor Advocate, he is also the author of some of the leading textbooks on Real Estate law relied upon by legal colleagues nationwide.
In recent months, Bexley Beaumont topped a ranking of growth by firms outside the country's top 50 legal brands compiled by law industry research specialist Codex Edge for the second successive year.
The firm's impressive record has also recently been singled out for further praise by the professional consultancy PwC, which it attributed to Bexley Beaumont having "a clear plan for its direction of travel".
Bexley Beaumont is also in the running for one of the UK's most prestigious legal awards for a third successive year.
It is among 10 practices shortlisted for the New Law Business of the Year category at The Lawyer Awards, described by organisers as celebrating "the very best of the legal industry".
Bexley Beaumont appeared on the shortlist for Law Company of the Year in the same competition in both of the last two years.
