Rebecca started her legal career in Birmingham and following 11 years as an employment law specialist at national firm Pinsent Masons, she spent over 6 years at Knights plc in Staffordshire.
Rebecca provides strategic legal advice on all aspects of employment law. Her experience includes supporting clients with change management programmes, collective redundancies, outsourcings and TUPE, complex disciplinary and grievance issues, employee engagement, absence management and whistleblowing. She also supports clients in preparing for and attending employment tribunal hearings.
Rebecca primarily works with national employer clients, ranging from SMEs to PLCS. She also advises individual clients, negotiating issues for senior executives on entry and exit.
Rebecca is pragmatic and responsive. She provides advice quickly and in a straightforward way. She does not tell her clients what they cannot do because of legal risk. Rebecca listens, challenges and works with clients to identify and navigate legal risk in an effective way.
Clients describe Rebecca as having an “exceptional talent for summarising and translating complex details quickly” and comment that her “knowledge, relationship management and attention to detail” are “instrumental” in achieving results.
“Rebecca has a real passion for understanding your business and the issues you face. She ensures a first-class service at all times and her advice, support and professionalism is exceptional.”

In addition to her advisory work, Rebecca also sits as a Fee-Paid Employment Judge.
