Rebecca trained and qualified at international law firm Pinsent Masons in Birmingham and after spending 11 years there, she relocated to Cheltenham and spent 5 years at BPE solicitors, where she was a partner in the commercial property team.
Rebecca specialises in real estate investment and corporate occupier work. She has a particular expertise in the logistics sector, working extensively with large listed and privately owned infrastructure, transport and distribution companies in connection with acquisitions and disposals, developments, forward funding and corporate occupation requirements. She also has a strong foundation in the retail sector, acting for the property team of one of the UK’s increasingly dominant high-end supermarket chains and a large listed fashion retailer.
She takes a pragmatic approach to her work and provides her clients with tailored, commercial solutions to fit with each of their timescales and business needs.
Clients comment “I can categorically say that she is the hardest working, most professional property lawyer I have come across in my 17 years. She is extremely thorough, responds to deadlines, and her quality of work is excellent. The main thing for me is that she comes back with answers and solutions and not more questions to issues.”
“Rebecca played a key role in driving the legal process forward to ensure we met our tight deadline and provided pragmatic commercial advice whilst still protecting our interests.”
Rebecca has been named as a Next Generation Partner in the Legal 500 rankings.
