Elizabeth trained and qualified at Clifford Chance in London, spending a further 2 years in the projects team working on major infrastructure PFI projects. She then moved to Sydney, Australia, where she worked at Herbert Smith Freehills for several years, also in the projects department.

Elizabeth advises on all types of commercial contracts, including procurement, sales, outsourcing, franchising and consultancy agreements, as well as providing corporate support. She works with start-ups, SMEs and large corporates (both listed and privately owned). Her clients include professional services companies, logistics providers, manufacturers, e-commerce companies and entrepreneurs.
