Emma is a Legal Director within the Employment team. She provides practical and pragmatic advice to employers on all aspects of employment law.
Emma has had considerable experience in helping employers manage their workforce effectively, having spent her legal career working both in private practice and as an in-house employment lawyer.
Emma advises on the full range of employment law and HR issues which may arise, such as drafting employment contracts and policies, dealing with disciplinary, grievance and absence management issues, and advising on restructures, collective redundancies and TUPE transfers.
She is skilled at helping clients navigate complex terminations, negotiating settlement packages and supporting clients in defending any Employment Tribunal claims.
Emma enjoys building strong relationships with clients and works collaboratively with them to offer tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
