Mark has expertise in all non-contentious areas of real estate work including acting for both landlords and tenants, disposals, acquisitions, re-gearing leases and corporate support work. Mark has a wealth of experience in a number of industry sectors including the office, industrial and retail sectors.

Mark has worked on a number of high profile transactions including:

• Acquisition of a newly constructed shopping centre held on a long lease comprising 35 retail and restaurant units, a number of residential blocks above the units and additional car parking for £90m
• Acquisition of a city centre multi-let office block with (24 occupational lease and additional parking and telecoms arrangements) for £30m
• Sale of a long leasehold multi-let office building in London for £10m. The office was sold subject to 8 occupational leases.
