Tess Beaumont is a senior UK qualified Commercial solicitor with over 24 years of experience, both in private practice and in-house. She provides advice to a broad spectrum of clients across a variety of industries including insurance, online business and legal solutions, hospitality and catering services, entertainment, retail, and publishing. Her practice covers all areas of commercial law, more recently relating to SaaS and technology development and licensing, as well as data protection, intellectual property rights protection and exploitation, and regulatory issues.. Her extensive experience has enabled her to work with world renowned brands including WTW, LexisNexis, Coca-Cola, Reckitt-Benckiser Lucasfilm, Paramount Pictures, Cosmopolitan, Jeep and Mercedes-Benz, as well as start-ups at the cutting edge of technology.

Tess has a breadth of experience in providing advice on, and negotiating, bespoke and complex deals and agreements, as well as creating new document suites, and reviewing and overhauling clients’ templates to bring them up to date from a legal, regulatory, and operational perspective.

Tess always delivers promptly to support clients’ needs; she is adept at managing multiple stakeholders with different business objectives, can quickly grasp clients’ business issues and provide practical, commercial, and cost-effective advice to clients in a way which is clear and easy for them to understand and implement. Outside of her legal work, Tess is a qualified sound therapist and yoga teacher, and enjoys spending time with family and friends in, on, or by, the sea.
