Rima is an experienced commercial property lawyer with general experience in all aspects commercial property and has acted for national clients as well as those local to Manchester and London. Having originally trained and worked in the City she moved to Manchester and established a strong client base both in Manchester whilst retaining clients in London.

Rima has worked for many national retail clients as well as much small local businesses and dealt and has a good knowledge of the retail market – she has been quoted in the national press and specialist retail press regarding the challenges facing retail during and after the COVID pandemic and how the high street is changing.

Her recent career highlights have been the acquisition of a large retail space for a longstanding client in a prominent building in the centre of Manchester, acquiring a number of shopping precincts in North Wales and the relocation of a major client’s office space in the City of London.
