Nick is an experienced commercial real estate lawyer; he trained and qualified at Rochman Landau in London before relocating to Oxford in 2008. After a two year stint with Manches working primarily with the colleges at the University of Oxford, Nick spent 13 years with Darbys and Knights plc acting for institutional investors.

Nick specialises in real estate investment work, focussing jointly on acquisitions for investment funds and all asset management requirements once under ownership. Nick has created and led teams which are tailored towards delivering for the specific needs of the property investment and management businesses, carefully taking a collaborative approach to ensure his clients' needs are successfully met at all times.

Nick is also passionate about businesses contributing to their local communities and was proud to create and announce the launch of the "4 Our Community" scheme which has been successfully running now for the last 4 years.
