Nick is a Partner in the Bexley Beaumont Employment Team. Nick advises on all aspects of employment law including contractual advice, business protection, discrimination and equality through to Mergers and Acquisitions, TUPE, large-scale redundancy programs as well as High Court and Tribunal claims.
Nick also has considerable experience and expertise in advising on dealing with the legal aspects of industrial relations, collective bargaining, recognition procedures and consultation and negotiation (e.g. on TUPE, Redundancies and Pensions) with both trades unions and employee representatives.
Before joining Bexley Beaumont, Nick was a partner in a City practice and was previously Director of Legal Services at an Employment Law and HR Consultancy. Prior to this he was Head of Employment at LUL and led the in-house team advising on all the employment law aspects of the £7bn London Underground PPP.
Nick was also an adviser to and member of the TfL Group Equality Committee and Equal Pay Review Group.
Nick regularly presents on a wide variety of employment issues for both clients and professional organisations.
Nick is also an Independent Trustee for GLL (Greenwich Leisure Ltd) which is a Social Enterprise that operates leisure, sports and library facilities for many UK authorities.
