• Acting for a national property developer, defending an action to complete a contract for the sale of land for £6 million successfully trial on the ground of fraudulent misrepresentation by local authority officers; also pursuing a counterclaim of more than £30 million. Subsequent litigation relating to the same land sale was determined in The Court of Appeal.
• Advising an outsourcing company on a dispute arising on the mode of returning of vast volumes of data on termination of contract, legal proceedings concluding at mediation.
• Successful defence at trial of a wrongful dismissal claim brought by a former manager against a Premier League football club.
• Advising a UK developer on a multi-jurisdictional dispute in relation a development in Dubai.
• Successfully pursuing a solicitors’ professional negligence claim in relation to real estate legal services for in excess of £15 million on behalf of a famous London tourist attraction against a defunct national firm of solicitors, which settled after 3 days of mediation.
