Jill is a highly experienced commercial lawyer with a successful track record in business having recently been COO of a boutique law firm.

With substantial in-house legal experience, working as Legal Counsel in the telecommunications/IT, manufacturing, financial services and distribution sectors, Jill has excelled in the creation of new, successful legal departments in-house with an emphasis on sound easy to understand, commercial advice and an unparalleled strength in the formation and management of high performing partnerships and teams.

Recently Jill has acted as virtual in-house lawyer and as company secretary, advising at Board level, for a number of SMEs in a wide variety of sectors.

Jill has taught law for many years at degree and higher education levels with excellent results achieved. She is also an experienced presenter, preparing and delivering training seminars for commercial teams on all relevant legal and commercial issues.
