Nicky is a commercial real estate specialist with 20 years post qualification experience gained in private practice. During that time, Nicky has acted for a broad range of clients to support and advise on their commercial real estate needs, such as large corporations, owner managed businesses, investment landlords, developers, pension funds, public sector clients and private individuals.

Nicky has a wealth of expertise in all non-contentious areas of commercial real estate work, including landlord and tenant (acting for both landlords and tenants), acquisitions and disposals, portfolio acquisitions/disposals/leaseback arrangements (including auctions), development for both public and private sector clients, public and private sector funding arrangements, joint ventures and corporate support.

During her time in private practice, she has been involved with some of the most prestigious property developments in the north west, working collaboratively with specialists from other disciplines including construction, planning, state aid, procurement, taxation and commercial.
