Marc is a commercial real estate lawyer with over 10 years’ experience working with leading law firms including King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin) and Eversheds. He is also co-founder of ALMA On Demand Limited, a specialist provider of “on demand” lawyer resource to commercial law firms and in-house legal teams.

Marc advises clients in all aspects of real estate, including commercial real estate, with extensive experience in high-value investment acquisitions and disposals for UK and international clients. Marc acts for clients including institutional investors, developers, retail tenants and major corporate landlords. Marc’s experience includes a number of industry sectors including the office, industrial and retail sectors.

Marc has worked on a number of high profile transactions including:

• the pre-letting of phases of the redeveloped Battersea Power Station;
• part of The Crown Estate team that sold a 25% stake in Regent Street to Norges Bank for £452m. The work involved the preparation of hundreds of lease reports in respect of each of the lettings;
• purchase of One Finsbury Circus for £142m (and subsequent sale for £152m to China Overseas Holdings); and
• acting for Terra Firma on the purchase of 40,000 residential ex Ministry of Defence homes from Permira for £3.2bn.
