Louise has specialised in employment law for over twenty-five years, predominantly acting for employers, with a varied client base from PLCs to SMEs and she has a particular specialism in the public and education sectors. Louise has previously held senior roles for many years as head of the employment law teams.

Louise advises across all areas of employment law, frequently appearing as an advocate in the employment tribunal, with significant experience of managing complex multi-day discrimination cases.
