Karen is an experienced employment solicitor with a demonstrated history of working with some of the UK’s largest in house legal teams and HR professionals. She has a range of SME and mid-corporate clients and has established a loyal client following over the years.

She is skilled in supporting companies with the HR/employment law needs whilst remaining focused on the business culture and commerciality. Her experience includes working on a restructure involving over 20,000 employees, advising on industrial action, TUPE, hugh value equal pay claims as well as supporting day to day employee relations issues. Her current client base includes a number of “household” names primarily within the retail and hospitality sector.

Karen currently runs a group for busy HR professionals which she set up to allow them to offer training, best practice and support to each other.
