Anna has advised on a wide range of M & A and private equity transactions for over 15 years, she has acted for corporate clients, entrepreneurs, owner managers and private equity /venture capitalists.
In addition Anna gained extensive in house experience at a £1.2bn turnover Enterprise plc (now Amey plc) where for a number of years she reported to the company’s funders and owners and advised on the groups acquisitions and disposals with deals ranging from £2m to £100m plus.
Over the years Anna has worked closely with senior management, general counsel and heads of legal of listed businesses acting as their trusted advisor.
