Graham has over 30 years corporate and commercial disputes experience representing large national businesses, SME’s, shareholders, owners and high net worth individuals. Graham has led litigation teams in private practice and as MD run a national law firm ultimately owned by a US fortune 500 company. He offers a mix of practical hands on high-level disputes knowledge and an understanding of the demands and needs of running and owning businesses having been there himself.
Graham has wide experience in a range of disputes - commercial, contractual, civil injunctions, shareholder and partnership, professional negligence, property, construction, contentious trusts and probate, defamation, sports, technology and IP across multiple sectors.
Graham has represented clients in the High and County Courts, Arbitrations and Adjudications and equally has extensive experience of alternative ways of dispute resolution including Mediation and informal negotiation.
