Karen Bexley is an experienced and passionate leader, she is the CEO of Bexley Beaumont, named UK Business of the Year at the International Brilliance Awards 2025 and Law Firm of the Year at the Modern Law Awards 2024. Established in 2020 and with offices in London and Manchester there are now over 70 lawyers in the firm. The success of the firm’s strategic and selective approach to talent saw Bexley Beaumont be named the UK’s fastest growing law firm outside the top 50 at a PwC event in February 2025, whilst retaining its commitment to team culture, support, and collaboration.

Karen was elected to The Law Society’s Council for a four-year term in 2022. She was previously shortlisted for Management Partner of the Year at the Legal 500 Awards and is often invited to talk at national events to discuss the consultancy law firm model and share her advice and thoughts on the importance of team culture, collaboration and connectivity.
