The boutique practice was named as one of the top 10 Alternative Law Firms (ALFs) by the legal research consultancy, Codex Edge.
Bexley Beaumont's Chief Executive Karen Bexley said that the findings underlined the extent to which its "vision and values" had been instrumental in its development.
However, she added that the firm's emphasis on the standards of service which it provided to clients rather than "growth for its own sake" had been instrumental in attracting high calibre lawyers.
"This research illustrates how we have made wonderfully quick progress in a very short space of time.
"Almost from a standing start, we now find ourselves mentioned alongside alternative law firms which have been in business much longer than ourselves.
"What is most satisfying are the reasons why so many very talented individuals have chosen to join us.
"Most of our lawyers have decided to leave large, well-known traditional law firms because they recognise that we are able to offer a superb team culture and first-rate support.
"When the first fee-share firms opened their doors, the flexibility which they represented was viewed as one of the main reasons why they stood out.
"The widespread adoption of flexible working as a result of the pandemic means that is longer a significant factor when it comes to deciding where they want to work.
"More important is the quality of work which they do, the control which they have when it comes to doing that work and the ability of a firm's central structure in helping them be effective.
"That is something which we regularly hear from the lawyers already with us and in the approaches from other senior practitioners who also want to come aboard."
The Codex research covered more than 2,200 ALFs across the UK and examined the impact generated by ALFs in the decade since the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) first licensed Alternative Business Structures (ABSs).
It found that ALFs were growing "at a significantly faster rate" than traditional competitors.
Codex Edge concluded that, if current patterns of growth were continued, as many as one-quarter of all lawyers nationwide could be working at ALFs within the next three years.
The report noted that a move to remote and hybrid working during lockdown had brought about a change in attitudes to employment among many in the legal profession, causing some lawyers to consider where they work as traditional firms return to pre-pandemic working methods.
Bexley Beaumont now boasts 34 lawyers and maintains offices in the City of London and Manchester.
As well as working for clients in a variety of sectors, including retail, leisure and hospitality, pharmaceuticals, logistics, real estate and the public sector, the firm has won a string of prestigious awards.
In March, Bexley Beaumont was chosen ahead of larger and longer-established national rivals in the Business Growth category of the Modern Law Awards, set up to highlight "the successful, dynamic entrepreneurs within our industry".
It was also shortlisted for Boutique Law Firm of the Year at last year's British Legal Awards and at The Law Society Excellence in Law Awards.
